Russian Easter.............
Yesterday Russian people celebrated Orthodox Easter. I guess the tradition is the same for all the Christian people to color eggs and bake some tasty Easter cakes for this event, but Russians celebrate Easter later than people in Europe and America. Today I came to the office and noticed yummy things in the kitchen. Our Chief accountant prepared this……………

Dayana`s birthday party!!!!!!!
I had wonderful weekends. I was invited to the birthday party of my friend’s daughter in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, the babie`s name is Dayana. My friend`s name is Sophia, we studied at the same University but the specialties were different, we took courses of French language together. So 2 years ago she got married and lives now in Bishkek, so little bit of history, she married to a Korean guy, his name is Sasha. They organized everything pretty cool. There were around 130 people. As they explained to me for Korean people it`s very important to celebrate the first birthday, so that’s why there were whole bunch of relatives and friends.
They prepared a slide show, starting from Dayana`s birth till nowadays, it was pretty exciting.

As you can see from the pictures the table was full of delicious things,
I loved ribs with potato rolls
The most interesting thing for me was that they decided to be usual in organizing this party. They got some dresses from the theater and people from each table got their tasks. For example my table got the task to dance Lambada, it is very popular brazil dance. We got to wear skirts on top of our clothes and had some beads. Unfortunately I couldn’t get a picture of me being on that dress, but some friends of mine promised to send me some, so I could share with you all.
And other people got tasks like to sing like Abba band, Michael Jackson and so on. 
Local Star Michael Jackson!!!!! Cool guy, he did a good job being a mega starfrom the USA!

It`s a tradition to be at the airport.....
I love airport very much,
You will ask why?
While working for the adoption agency, we used to go to the airport to meet and see of the adoptive parents. It was always interesting to meet new people and hard to say good bye to the people with whom you worked for some period of time.
On Saturday I went to the airport because a friend of mine from Kyrgyzstan flu from Almaty airport to Beijing. His name is Anvar; we studied together at the Slavic University in Bishkek. Now he is going to work for Shanghai Organization of Collaboration. He concluded a contract for 2 years. I was happy to see him in Almaty; we got to spent a few hours until his flight. He was sad because of new challenges in his life and I was keep telling him that it`s good to have new stuff in the life.
Today I heard from him, he arrived ok, and already missing home.
Well the only thing I can wish to him is to take all the adventures on his way and enjoy them.
Anvar, all your friends and family will be waiting for you.

My friend`s trip to the USA
I have nice pictures to share with you.
I got permission from Bulgyn to post her pictures from the USA trip. I guess I could of done it earlier, well I should take into consideration that God said it`s never late. So come alone with my story.
Bulgyn traveled a lot around the USA and explored new places and new people. It`s pleasure to talk to her about the USA. There are many things that I have learned from her.
She brought so many books describing the places she has been to. What an experience, frankly I am jealous, even though I was in the States too.
So, would like to introduce you the Rosendahle family: Doug- papa (father), Toni – mama (mother), Codi – cool, sassy girl and Cole – little man with stylish hair.
They invited Bulgyn to the States, and made everything that she had fun. I think she was really lucky to stay with the family like Rosendahle.
Bulgyn visited with a few families she worked with as I informed you before. Well this is a group picture of some of them.
This picture is fabulous, I have an idea, today I will tease her that she found her love even if he is a statue. She would be mad, well I am trying to be smart …… you know it, don`t you?

What a wonderful view to the ocean, Bulgyn brought some shells from the ocean to Kazakhstan, it`s pretty neat to have it as a souvenir. One more interesting thing, when she gave me one of the shell and asked me to put it next to my ear, I heard a sound of ocean, it was surprising to me but it the same time some type of peace felt in my heart. I am so thankful to have good memories about the States and now a friend of mine also does the same priceless memories for the whole life.

Before I went to the States I always dreamed to see an ocean, and I got to see it. The family I stayed with took me to Florida for the spring training of Cardinals; well well it was something incredible. We were at West Palm Beach; my first experience on Atlantic Ocean was like a fairy tale. I hardly could breathe, it was nice to be filled with good emotions and happiness.
I think Bulgin had the same feelings.

Bulgyn`s arrival to Kazakhstan
Hello hello from Kazakhstan,
I am getting very busy with my school and work at the moment. I meant to post some pictures but there is always but world.
Well, you may ask what`s on?
My reply is the following:
A good friend of mine Bulgyn finally arrived home after being almost 7 months in the States, wholly molly you would say, I think the same. She had a wonderful time being on the other side of the world. We used to work together with Bulgyn at the adoption agency, and she had a chance to travel to the States and spend some time visiting with the families she helped during their adoption experience in Kazakhstan. One more interesting thing about Bulgyn, she always dreamed to visit the States as all the girls who worked with us, but she had a special requirement ………. she wanted to stay in California, don`t know why but it was all the time when you ask her where she would like to go in the States she would say California !!!
I guess God heard her desire and allowed her to visit with a family from California. My comment is dear friends we should always think positively and wish, I believe our thoughts can be realized by God or Universe.
I missed her very much and the news of her arrival made me so happy. Originally she supposed to be in Almaty on March 16th, but due to the plane breakage she landed on March 17th. So, we went to the airport to pick her up. There were Bulgyn`s father, bother who is 10, me and our friend Zharkyn. At that day there were so crowded at the airport, 4 flights landed almost at the same time and we were looking at the people coming to get their luggage, while waiting we even made a competition who will see Bulgyn first. Well, finally I saw her coming and waving like crazy, she was also looking in order to see us through the crowd and when she finally recognized us, she dropped her carry on bags the middle of the room and run towards us. It was great to see her, she hasn’t changed much, for some reason I expected her to gain some weight but no way, she has gotten even thinner.
I didn`t have a camera to take pictures, but there was my cell phone, which was very handy, so I took a few pictures of her at the airport, but the best one is this.

I would like to thank all the American families, who helped her to get an opportunity to explore America; you are very sweet and nice people.
Wish you good luck and hope if you get chance to get back to Kazakhstan, we would be happy to meet you and help you over here as well.

Going to the Almaty night club……… for the first time!
Hi, it`s me again.
On March 8 th, we have International women`s day celebration, I guess we can call it mother’s day! So, I would like to congratulate all the mothers, sisters, daughters and all the cool girls with this nice spring holiday.
Well getting back to my last post I promised to tell what I got for my birthday. There were a lot of surprises coming from the States. As I told you Sonja made a big pack for my family full of gifts for X-s, additionally to that ones, she sent me pretty necklace with 5 butterflies, they are symbolize Sonja`s 5 kids, she has the same necklace as me.
Now I have 5 kids under my heart, it`s so pretty you can see the pictures.
Also, I got nice earrings from Sonja`s parents, I am so thankful for them, the colors are so good and it can go with any kind of outfit.
Another big surprise, I got from one of the dearest families to my heart the Hendricksons and the Ellises. It is also a necklace with beautiful garnet eyes (I dunno how to call it). I am happy to have it, thanks very much for your attention and such a nice gift.

So, let`s get back to the main point of this post. On Saturday one of my colleague from Cosmetics department had a birthday, so I was invited over too.
The celebration took place in a nice club called Assorti (restaurant +club).
When I heard that it`s gonna be in a club I was a bit upset, I thought that the music will be loud and we won`t enjoy conversation, but I was wrong, she invited everybody to 20-00 p.m and music started to play at 23-00 pm., we had good time for the girls talk and dancing, so we killed two hares at ones, some one must be confused with this saying. (People who worked with me know this joke. P.S Miss Pamelitta and Christa) OK, now English equivalent to kill two birds with one stone.
Look at this wonderful dish, called "Hunters catch" with different types of game-birds. It was so good!
