Happy happy birthday my sweet mom!!!!!!!!

Hi,
I am sorry for not making any post lately, due to some circumstances. November 10th was my mom`s 50th birthday party. We celebrated it pretty good. There were around 30 people: relatives and friends. It was good opportunity to see all the family get together. I remember being in States the Hendrickson family I stayed with used to make this kind of celebration each month and congratulate the members of the family who had a birthday each month. I believe it`s so nice to have good occasion.

Let me introduce these are my parents: papa Omarbay and mama Kuldan!!!!!!!
My father got her a very nice bouquet of flowers. My nieces and nephews made special concert program for my mom. It was very special, Alina my oldest niece sings pretty well, she was singing and organizing the younger ones to make performance. She is in the center.Dana my youngest niece prepared a poem for my mom and danced like crazy, she is good at belly dance. Look at her, she is precious. It was like really belly dance, our relatives put some money, it made her very happy.
My second brothers son Nauryz also decided to make something special to his grand mom, so Alina inveted a dance for both of them, it turned out good, everyone was happy to see kids dancing and entertaining adults.
So, here I am with my father and mother
I wish my mom to stay like this always being young and beautiful, she is very nice and sweet mother with big heart full of love to her kids!

Good day everybody,

I would like to share with you some pictures.
Around two weeks ago, I had a guest from Germany.

Her name is Nastya, she is 12 years old, and she is my boss’s daughter. She had a vacation and her father asked if we can go to the village so she can see life in a village.
The trip was very good. We found out that Nastya really likes to ride a horse; her desire was catching for all of us.

I used to ride a horse when I was 10 years old, and since that time I haven’t ridden a horse and and and I loved it a lot, it kind of funny that person can forget how exciting it might be riding a horse.
I have good advice for all of you all to ride.

My nieces Alina and Dana

Dana loved to ride a donkey,
I think she looks cool!!!!!!

Team building party!!!!!

Hello to everyone,

I would like to share with you some pictures that have been taken on the team building event for our company. The main purpose was to teach us to work and act as a real team going through difficulties and finding ways how to solve the problems.

This time it was just easy games, but next time they promised to make complicated games. The event took place in an area not far from Almaty on Kapshagai River, the view was pretty good.

Here you can see me with my colleagues walking to the resort area.

It was really great, we had whole bunch of activities including different games all the activities took place on the beach. The weather was super and we really enjoyed being out.

We were divided into five teams and each team had its own tasks to accomplish.
So here you can see my team members, I like them all, and we had a lot of fun working together and reaching our target. All Henkel team

We also had time to swim and take banana ride.
At the end of the day, we had wonderful dinner with a lot of tasty food and wine.
There were a lot of people coming from the regions and representatives from various departments and business units. We got to know each other and became good friends.

Thanks for visiting my page,
Hope you are also having fun,
Bests, Nazym!

Friends!

I was off work for almost 10 days; it was good to take some rest and with a new energy continue to work. All these days I was at my parent’s house having fun with my brothers` kids. Today I am back to work. It`s hard to believe how time goes by you don`t even feel it.

Before I left I had a get together with my pretty good friends Bulgin and Vika, they used to work together with me for the adoption agency. All of us were translators. Right now we work in a separate places, funny thing is all of us work in construction business, it`s a priority number # 1 in Almaty.

We went to a mall and supposed to have pizza, but ended up having some pasta and beer, it was good though. We talked and talked about our American families and kids. We are proud to take part in the adoption procedure and helped little ones to find sweet homes and loving parents.

I guess job for the agency made us to be close to each other and each family’s problems became our own problems. I am thankful that I have such friends like Bulgin and Vika, who supports me all the time.

You girls are awesome!

Wedding of Aigul, my chief accountant

Hello to everybody,

Sorry for my disappearance for a long time, as usual busy running around with whole bunch of tasks.

I quite busy weekend. Well let me start, as I mentioned couple of time in my emails to some of you, our chief accountant got married. The wedding ceremony took place in Uzbekistan. We had 7 people going there. It was quite experience for all of us. The way supposed to take 14-16 h, we took a bus and in Taraz (name of the city) our bus was broken what a pity thing.
Good thing was we had men with us, who immediately acted up like our saviors, well they hired a taxi and all of us continued our journey to Uzbekistan.

Big shock for me was going through the customs, there were so many people walking back and force, but finally we managed to cross it and there we were in Uzbekistan. Our chief accountant’s husband his name is Bakhodir met us and welcomed to Uzbekistan. They rented very nice apartment for us, which was very sweet from their side.

So speaking of wedding well, there were two wedding at the same time; two brothers have decided to get married at the same time. Auigul our chief accountant’s name, she was pretty. She was all excited to see us being in Uzbekistan.

The wedding was a bit different then we have here, I am sorry all the time making comparison’s I believe that it`s pretty good to make some type of structure to see the other cultures. So in Kaz wedding you have a lot of people making speeches and drinking for the health and wealth of the new couple, in Uzbekistan people dance non stop, that shows their appreciation and respect to the new family. One more fascinating thing was if they see you dancing good they come to you and give you money. So we did a lot of dancing and some of my colleagues got chut chut of money. For people who do not know chut chut is in Russ mean a bit. So, we had so much fun dancing and kind of competing with our Uzbek relatives.

The town from the beginning was fascinating for me; I have heard a lot about it, but this time to see everything on your own was another story. The weather was very hot on that day, it`s almost like you are in Africa, at least it felt like that.

Tashkent is the capital of the country, very famous city in the Great Silk way road and very neat city for tourists`. The architecture of the town is very beautiful, it`s absolutely different then we have here in Almaty. Of course people are also quite different. They have very pretty open markets where you can find anything you would like to eat, drink and so on. The sizes are pretty much shocking.

Next day we have decided to make a side seeing around the town, which I loved. We had only 2 h before leaving, so we were in hurry. Of course we had to eat something local and very tasty. So Uzbekistan is very famous for it`s pilov, it`s rice with meat and a lot of carrots.

We found nice place, called Central Asian pilov center, where in 1 pot you can see 100 kg of rice, amazing isn`t it? It was very very tasty even though we were stuffed we continued to eat again and again. I took some pictures of that place, so in future if someone would like to go to Uzbekistan, please stop at that place you never forget it.

Then we stopped by the so called “Toshkent Disney World”. The have there rope-way on top of which you can see what’s going on in the city.

You can also see the beauty of it from the pictures.

I apologize that everything is not in that order I wanted but it`s first time when I did posting without Sonja`s help, I think it`s ok. Next Time I will try to be more careful,

You guys take care,

Love you all Nazym!

Great weekend...

Hello everybody,

Sorry for being outttttttt of Internet for a while,
I didn`t have Internet access for the last week.

I was at home for the weekend, One of my colleague went to Shymkent and offered to drop me off at home and then on the way back picked me up. It was very good, I feel a bit tired because I have been working like a horsy helping my mom around the house. Anyway it was great to see them and spent some time with them.

My second brother and his family was there as well, I played with my younger baby nephew, he is very cute, but some times throw fits, when I say oy Mama Mia, and sometimes scream like crazy crazy. He got a bit sick may be that`s way he was not happy from time to time.

Now I am at work we going preparing a seminar which takes place on Friday, today I have printed out a lot of materials in a different formats, for that.
As our boss said it`s gonna be a psychological training for employees, it helps to team building and so on.

I got a lot of tasks and working on that project hope it`s gonna turn out good.
For this event we are renting a conference room in a hotel, and tomorrow I will go to see what stuff I need for the decoration of the room.

Well I promised you last time to tell out my weekend, so as I told you before we had a head of our lab in here.

We took her to the mountains to show the beauty of Almaty, she was very impressed to see it, remember we went to Medeo ice-skating rink, well we went further to the rope way, it consists from 3 level and you be on the top of the mountains, we took all 3 of them.

It was unbelievable; you can see the pictures. The wind was blowing into our faces; I had so much fun walking there. We were 5 people 2 two boys, the chunky one is our quality control guy, and other one is head of R&D department, both guys are very young, they graduated University this year, our company is making a lot of training for them, I believe that they gonna be good at their jobs. Then the lady from Germany Hildegard, then me and Gulzada, who is an assistant to German boss.

Then in the evening we went to Ramstore to have some pizza.
Next day on Sunday we went to the water fall, it`s like 70 km from Almaty, I didn`t know about that place, it was absolutely gorgeous you would love to be there. I went under the water even tough I was not prepared for that. I felt like you know a new born baby, the water was so cold and hitting my head, it seemed to me I was released from all bad things from my body.

On the way back we had a pick nick and then stopped by the fishing farm, it amazing how many people were there. So that`s all from my life for now,

You guys have a nice day,

Enjoy the pictures,

Kisses to everybody,

Take care Nazym!
